Heidi Beau uses Australia Post’s Tracked Parcels service.

Your order will be shipped within 1-5 working days from the time the order is placed and cleared.

If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 7 business days of placing your order, please email us via our contact us page with your full name and your order number.

Orders that are delivered to your shipping address while no one is home will be left at the closest Australia Post office or one specified on a card left in your letterbox.

Heidi Beau does not take any responsibility for lost parcels, misplaced parcels or the wrong address given by sender so please keep an eye on the tracking.

We also offer a pick up service, if you enter 2430 (Greater Taree) or 2428 (Great Lakes) when placing an order the shipping fee will be deducted from your final price. You will need to pick your item/s up within 5 days from purchase.

All international shipping will be through Australia Post at a price of $20 per item. Overseas orders may take 5-15 days depending on the destination or country being sent to.

We want all our customers to be happy with their Heidi Beau purchases. All items purchased from the Heidi Beau online store may be exchanged or returned but we DO NOT REFUND.

So, if you are not completely happy with any full priced item we can issue you with a credit note or exchange your item/s within seven days of original purchase.

If you are requiring an exchange please email us via our contact and it must be confirmed before returning your purchase back to us.

Returning an item – wrong size

* The item must be sent back to the Heidi Beau office and received within 7 working days from the day purchased. We will do our best to issue you with another size. However, if the size required is not available you will be issued with a credit note to be used in our online store only.  

* Please make sure you enclose a tracked or express postage bag with your address clearly marked so we can return your item/s.

* Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

* Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Heidi beau reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in the required condition. Including make- up, fake tan or perfume smell.

We DO NOT offer exchange on any SALE items, jewellery or
international orders.

We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty items

In the case of a manufacturing fault we are happy to repair, replace, exchange or offer a credit note on all our items.

When exchanging, please make sure you enclose a tracked or express postage bag with your address clearly marked so we can return your item/s.

Exchanges are processed within 5 working days of receiving your item(s).

All credit notes are valid for 3 months and are to be used online store only.
